‘La Vale’ Extended At Cali 93.9
• Meruelo Media announced that it has extended the contract of Angelica Vale, popular TV, film and theater entertainer, community champion, and top-rated morning host on Latin/Pop KLLI (Cali 93.9)/Los Angeles for another three years.
Under the terms of her extension, Vale, affectionately known as “La Vale,” will continue to host the La Vale Show in morning drive on Cali 93.9 and collaborate closely with Meruelo Media President & CEO (and her husband) Otto Padron and Head of Audio Brands, Pio Ferro, on exciting new projects.
“Radio has been a key part of my career all my life,” said Vale. “It’s where I learned how to truly connect with people, and I love the unique way it allows me to connect with our listeners. Huge thanks to Alex Meruelo, Luis Armona, and the entire Meruelo Media family for their continued belief in me. And a special shout-out to my incredible on-air crew — the best team in radio — for making the La Vale Show such a blast on and off the mic, and, most importantly, for our amazing listeners.”

Alongside her radio career, Vale is starring in a new film with Rosalyn Sánchez, set to premiere soon, and is part of the production team for the Broadway-bound hit Real Women Have Curves: The Musical. She will also return as the host of Televisa-Univision’s primetime celebrity talent music competition, Juego de Voces, for its second season.
