Joe Bell Joins SummitMedia As SVP of Sales

• SummitMedia LLC has tapped longtime major market radio executive Joe Bell as the company’s new corporate Senior Vice President of Sales. He will be based at SummitMedia’s Birmingham, AL HQ.

For the past 25 years, Bell had been a fixture with Beasley Media Group, the first 15 years as VP/Market Manager of the company’s Miami group, and more recently, Philadelphia, until last June.

“Joe brings a wealth of experience and a new perspective to the SummitMedia team,” said SummitMedia CEO Carl Parmer. “He’s a dynamic, high-energy leader who, I know, will guide our results-oriented teams to new levels of success.”

In his new role, Bell will be key in driving revenue, leading sales teams, and shaping SummitMedia’s sales strategy across its nine markets. Parmer expects Bell to bring innovation across platforms, strengthening the company’s competitiveness and long-term growth across media platforms.
