• SummitMedia has an immediate opening for full-time morning host at legendary Country 94.7 KTTS/Springfield, MO.

The position became available after last week’s departure of market veteran Jay Fotsch, host of Fotsch & Friends, who notably enjoyed a 25-year run in the building, primarily over on Top 40 sister KSPW (Power 96.5) until crossing over to KTTS in early 2024. Fotsch’s co-host Chelsea Banner is currently rolling solo as host of the rebranded Chelsea & Friends.

Here are the basic requirements of the gig: 1-3 years of on-air experience • Strong on-air and production skills, including the ability to live or be voice-tracked, along with experience in producing a high-quality show • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills • Proven experience with NextGen/Zetta and Adobe Audition • Prior experience in Country, Hot AC or Top 40 a plus.
