Knight Keeps Walkin’ To Nashville

• Premiere Networks and media executive/consultant Buzz Knight announced the launch of a new podcast, Takin’ A Walk Nashville, hosted by Nashville-based singer-songwriter and podcaster Sarah Harralson. With her roots in the local music scene, Harralson will shine a spotlight on Music City’s unmatched musical heritage, uncovering the stories behind every genre that calls Nashville home. Harralson noted, “Sharing stories with the world has always been my passion, and I’m excited to embark on this journey with Takin’ A Walk Nashville and shine a light on so many interesting people and places that truly make Nashville a music city.”

The new show will debut on Oct. 30 with iHeartPodcasts, featuring Grammy-nominated Country singer-songwriter Chris Young, who will discuss the making of his new album, I Didn’t Come Here to Leave.

Takin’ A Walk Nashville is the latest extension of Knight’s acclaimed Takin’ A Walk: Music History on Footpodcast series, which also includes Music Saved Me, hosted by Lynn Hoffman, exploring the transformative power of music in people’s lives; and Comedy Saved Me, hosted by Lynn Hoffman, celebrating the healing nature of comedy.

“We’re delighted to partner with Buzz Knight once again to welcome Takin’ A Walk Nashville to iHeartPodcasts,” said Julie Talbott, President of Premiere Networks. “Sarah Harralson brings a fresh, authentic voice to the podcast space, and with her deep connection to Nashville’s music scene, this podcast is a celebration of the city’s rich musical tapestry.”

“I’m thrilled for this exciting next chapter of growth for Buzz Knight Media Productions and honored to add Sarah Harralson to our team,” said Knight. “Thanks once again to Julie Talbott for believing in the fine art of storytelling with our podcasts.”
