Dillon Swaps PM For AM At Cities 97.1

• RAMP has confirmed that Zach Dillon has moved from afternoons to morning drive on iHeartMedia Hot AC KTCZ (Cities 97.1)/Minneapolis, filling the void created by the recent restructuring-related layoff of Paul Fletcher. Dillon shared his big news via social media.

Dillon, who just inherited Fletcher’s former MD stripes, joined Cities 97.1 as APD/afternoon talent in February, crossing the hall after eight years with Top 40 sister KDWB, where he retains his APD/MD stripes and still does weekends.

Prior to his arrival in the Twin Cities in June 2016, Dillon programmed iHeartMedia Top 40 KHFI/Austin and Rhythmic KTBT (92.1 The Beat)/Tulsa. He also co-hosted mornings on iHeart AC KSNE (Sunny 106.5)/Las Vegas, and his earlier programming resume includes KPLV/Las Vegas, KWTX/Waco, TX and WDAQ (98Q)/Danbury, CT.
