Entravision CFO Boelke Adds COO Stripes

• Changes atop the leadership pyramid at Entravision Communications Corporation, as it was announced inside an 8-K filing that the employment of President & Chief Operating Officer Jeffery Liberman was terminated on Feb. 19 after 26 years.

It was concurrently announced that Entravision Chief Financial Officer Mark Boelke has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. He will retain his existing CFO duties as he has since May 2024.

Boelke, 54, joined Entravision in 2005 as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs and was named General Counsel and Secretary the following year. Before joining the Company, Boelke was an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
